Great Experience from Levent and Aybuke

Levent and Aybüke immediately stepped in to assist. They made calls, followed up persistently, and coordinated with the bus company. Thanks to their dedication and care, I was able to recover my bag safely. Levent and Aybüke went above and beyond, and I’m deeply grateful for their efforts. Fabulous!

Beğenilen: My stay has been absolutely wonderful. All of the staff in every department is very professional, efficient, kind, and anxious to provide for any possible need I might have. Eylem, Meryem, Umut, and Gülcan in the Club Lounge, as well as the Concierges Aybuke and Berk, have taken such good care of me and my husband. I am grateful and impressed! I highly recommend The Ritz Carlton, Istanbul!
