There was couple of staff at he reception who were good and received us in the night. In addition to Ferat the operation

Beğenilen: We didn’t use the property as it was closed and we weren’t informed to use another hotel. We arrived at 1am inform of a closed property and we didn’t know where to go as there was no information from your end or Nippon! If the driver wasn’t there to call and check we might have ended up in another property and another booking. We then checked-in at Point Hotel where they weren’t aware of our booking details etc…. Anyway bad experience!!!

Beğenilmeyen: Housekeeping was so bad. No attention to details and I did explain the problem to the manager who was very understanding and supportive! Plus most of the staff don’t understand English knowing that most of the hotel residents are English speakers and not Turkish!! A problem all over Turkey and this must change if they need repeated guests!

Terrible and will not stay here again.

Beğenilmeyen: The air conditioning is on heating mode all the time my room temperature is 28-29C. While outside air is 24-25. Window cannot open. Feel like sleeping in sauna for two nights after they switch to cooling mode. They said they need management decision to switch even hotel manager cannot decided must be from the property owner. And it’s took two nights to switch. Almost cancelled and ask for refunds. Cannot sleep due to the heat.
