Thanks Front Desk Team and Thanks to Sauna Team

Beğenilen: Yesterday we wanted to have weekend getaway with my family of my son daughter and my wife. We had an excellent experience. Starting from the front desk, room and amenities were at the highest quality. We can’t thank enough to Front Desk Manager Ms. Nazlı . She had formed up very good team of the front desk. Even we are back home still talking about the stay we had and the atmosphere Ms. Nazlı created for us. Everyone is loving what they are doing and as guests we started and finished our stay of 2 days with a full smile on our faces. The Sauna and staff were at their highest experience level. Thanks Front Desk Team and Thanks Sauna Team from the Serdar Can family .

Genel olarak oteli seviyorum, odaların yenilenmesi iyi olur.

Beğenilen: Alan, konum ve atmosfer harika. Personel de her şeyin en iyisi. Kahvaltı da çok iyi. Kahvaltı personeli de profesyonel ve nazik. Hatta otelde her şey bu kadar.

Beğenilmeyen: Odslarda yenileme gerekiyor, özellikle de Boğaz'daki en yüksek fiyatları göz önüne alındığında. Odaların fiyatı ve kalitesi arasında bir uyumsuzluk var. Restoranlarda basit ve anlaşılır yemek seçenekleri az. Diyete dikkat edenler için bir şey seçemiyorlardı. Ayrıca, odadaki şarap şişesi, suyla yan yana duruyordu. Bunu da bir hediye olduğunu düşünmüştüm, ancak 50 euro'ya mal olduğunu öğrendim. Ekstralar için de ayrı yerde durmaları gerektiğini düşünüyorum.
