My best ever! UNUTULMAZ!

Beğenilen: We ve stayed during last week of July 2025. This is our third visit to Barut Hotels but this was really the best from many angles. Didim is great with weatherman this hotel with various features n activities carrying the joy to a really high level. Just from the beginning first day parking services, n accordingly Mrs Nazan on reception helped n carried our stay to sn unforgettable level. We have visited hotel as two family n our request as having two rooms close yo each other solved as providing a villa room to us. We were six with two kids. The features of room was incredible. Three rooms three bedrooms three TVs, sound systems n a sepetate garden n pool with great room service all incredible. Access to sea n pools is always easy. It is required to say much about buffet. Here ı d like to mention Mr Anıl on pasta/macaroni stand creates great tastes ( Turkish type home taste spaghetti) just in minutes. I m expressing my thanks to all staff keeping this facility clean n tidy. It is managed all well A to Z. Thank you All. Thank you Nazan Hanım from reception!

Best UAI Hotel I've ever had

Beğenilen: I don’t want to start with a cliché, but from the very first step we took into the hotel, every single staff member was incredibly attentive and friendly. I’ve stayed at other UAI hotels before, but I’ve never encountered such polite, warm, and genuinely cheerful employees. Many thanks to Mücahit for all the detailed information he provided, and to İzzet at the lobby bar for introducing us to Life Guard. :) Before arriving, I was worried the hotel might feel too large, difficult to walk around or get to places. But our room and its location were so ideal that it completely changed my expectations. I could go on and on about the view, the comfort, and the design of our room—10 stars!!! The only downside, and I honestly don’t know why, was that the bed creaked really loudly every time we turned in it and kept waking us up. There seemed to be an issue with the bed base, but honestly, everything else was so great that this didn’t feel like a big problem. The pools, the clean sea, the spacious gym!!!!, the aquapark (even if you're an adult, you must try it—it’s so much fun!), the seating areas in the common spaces, the spotless toilets, the variety and quality of food, the patisserie, the chocolates... OH THOSE CHOCOLATES!!! Is this even real? I don’t know how much more I can praise. Be sure to dedicate a part of your day to enjoying a double espresso with some of those delicious chocolates. Endless love and thanks also go to Elena and Arda, who took care of our room every day and were always a pleasure to chat with. By the way, the shuttle service every 20 minutes could be improved—maybe make it more frequent, considering the size of the area. We also had some difficulty making reservations for the à la carte restaurants, but the personal assistants were quick to help, and we got the chance to try Tiger. People probably make reservations for all the restaurants but don’t show up, which is why it’s hard to find availability.
